Indo Straits, a closely held family company, has been marketing and indenting Specialty Chemicals since 1942. We began manufacturing Specialty Lignin products under the banner LRC Specialty Chemicals P Ltd in 1966.
Our flagship brand CAC-The Admixture Company has driven the Lignin chemistry to the last mile with manufacturing plants in multiple locations across India and the Middle East.
Indo Straits launched PerfAC® Water Borne Anchor Coating Systems, Made in India, to cater to our customers globally.

40+ years of experience in polymer & adhesion R&D, technical sales & service in the plastics converting industry. Worked for Eastman Kodak, Mica Corp., and as an industry consultant before joining Indo Straits. Holds 8 patents in polyolefin compositions for adhesives and extrusion coatings.
Kaillash Malhotra
comes with over 50 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry in laminating adhesives, vacuum metallizing, extrusion primers & coatings. He has successfully marketed and technically supported waterborne anchor coating systems for Indo-Straits Pvt. Ltd. for over a decade
Satish Jaysankar
Orchestrated the rapid growth of Indo-Straits with the formation of CAC ‘The Admixture Co’ by demonstrating strong leadership and ability to cultivate relationships with suppliers and customers which has resulted in CAC becoming a leader in the industry.
D. K. Naik
worked for Rohm & Haas JV in India Indofil Chemicals Co. before joining Indo-Straits R&D group. Has managed special R&D projects from concept to implementation and certifications for over 20 years.

is a supply chain executive who worked for companies like Diversey, DuPont, and Solvay and now with the group. His graduation in packaging technology from IIP supports PerfAC® in sales and marketing across regions.

A techno-commercial executive with over 20 years of experience in sales/marketing of packaging materials. His graduation in packaging technology from IIP supports PerfAC® in sales and marketing across regions.
Prakash D Shetty
Over 35 Years of Diverse Experience in Profit Center Management, Product Sales Management, and Supply Chain Solutions. Successfully handled turnkey projects in Africa for over 10 years. Is responsible for developing PerfAC in the ASEAN region.
