PerfAC®FC-515 / D

PerfAC® FC-515/D is a high-performance, modified Ethylene-Acrylic Acid based water-borne anchor coating designed to provide excellent adhesion between metal substrates (aluminum foil and metallized films) and liquid top-coatings (such as molten polymer extrudates, inks, and functional coatings). For converters making tri-plex structures via extrusion-lamination (e.g.: film/poly/foil/poly pouches), using PerfAC® AC-38A at the first station and PerfAC® FC-515/D at the second station has proved to be a winning combination.
